Enshi Yulu (恩施雨露), or ‘Jade Dew’ in English, is a high-quality green tea made from tender, young tea leaves that are hand-picked in early spring and then processed using traditional techniques, giving the leaves a pine needle shape. Unlike most other Chinese teas, Enshi Yulu is steamed rather than fried, making this tea truly unique. This steaming process gives Enshi Yulu a grassy/vegetal refreshing taste and the absence of the roasted nutty flavor characteristic of other Chinese green teas.

Brewing

Enshi Yulu tea is best brewed at a low temperature to bring out its delicate flavors and aromas. We recommend 85-90°C
